RandomPersonalProject: In Your Shoes

"What we assume others to be, and what others are, are two completely different things."

My cousin recently thought of this really cool idea, which he dubbed "RandomPersonalProject", which consists of doing something personal with someone that you trust, that you're close with, or just someone you can talk to.

The first project is called RandomPersonalProject: In Your Shoes. You know how you have an image in your head of someone's life, and how good they have it? Usually, of course, what we're thinking is completely wrong than the reality. If you want to join in, it's very simple.

All you need is to have someone who's willing to do this with you. It can be anyone, as long as you can be honest to him/her, and vice-versa. It's important that you're honest while doing this, since if you're not honest, you'll just be wasting you and your friend's time.

Once you have your buddy with you, basically what you both have to do is, one at a time, tell each other what you have in your mind about how the other person's life is. Wait, let me say it in a less confusing way.

You are A, and your friend is B. You tell your friend, B, how good you think his/her life is. B then makes corrections to what you think, and then continues to telling you, A, about how good (s)he thinks your life is. Then it'll be your turn to correct your friend.

What happens after this is that it'll be a bonding experience for the two of you, the two of you will be able to understand each other, and so on. The beauty of this is that you two can do it anywhere and at any time. Be it on the phone, online, in person, through texting or even through Morse code! Be it in the morning, at night, in the afternoon or even at 4 in the morning! As long as the both of you agree on it, it's okay.

Of course, the only "rule" to this is that the both of you have to be honest with each other. Have fun!

Salut,

~Joshy~

P.S. She moved tuition times; since it's pretty obvious that she knows, it's pretty demoralizing. Hopefully, she's not avoiding me. That would suck.

Why "Flawed Perfection"?

I chose "Flawed Perfection" because nice ones such as "Honest Lies" and "Organized Chaos" were already chosen. In fact, Flawed Perfection was already chosen as well, but among all my ideas, this one was my favourite.

I like the reminder that everything is flawed perfectly.
